 | Press Identification Cards will be issued upon arrival at the Press and Information Centre
(APIC). Media Representatives without a Press Identification Card will not be allowed access to any participating exercise units. |
 | All sponsored media representatives visiting the exercise must be reported by signal to
ADMIRALDANFLEET
no later than 17 May 02. Information must include:
- full name
- date of birth
- nationality
- media affiliation/telephone/telefax
- arrival/departure dates (flight numbers)
- accommodation requirements
- special interests
|
 | Media representatives arriving and living with national units must also be reported by the headquarters arranging their visit at least one week in advance of the visit. Report should include the same information as listed above.

| Visitors and observers are welcome to visit the
exercise on the following days:

| Distinguished Visitors Day will take place on
29th May 2002 in accordance with a special programme.

| A visitors and Observers Bureau is established
to coordinate arrangements for all visitors for the duration of the
exercise (17th - 31st May 2002).
